All shipping is USPS First Class including tracking for a flat rate of $5 USD. Insurance is additional & will be calculated at purchase upon request.

For our international friends: International shipping costs will be determined at time of purchase.

Returns & Exchanges

All items are hand made & will vary. We are happy to accept exchanges, but kindly decline returns unless an item is damaged. If your item is damaged, please contact us immediately at info@serpentandcrow.com so we can remedy the situation as quickly as possible.
